Hello Everyone .. My name is Miss "T" and i am about to go on a journey to get healthy !!!!
I live in Sacramento, Ca. I have Forgot all about me in the last 5 years and i have put on alot of weight. I have a Daughter 4 yrs old with Down Syndrome and i want to live to be here for her to see her Grow into a beautiful young lady.
